British soprano Alysia Hanshaw is praised for her ‘enchanting timbre’ (Opera Magazine) and ‘beautiful high notes’ (ODB Opera). She was a member of the 2023-25 Opera Studio at the Opéra National du Rhin.
Alysia was recently awarded the Audience Prize for her performance in the 14th Concours International de Chant Baroque de Froville. In November 2025 she performed the solos in Handel Messiah with Ottavio Dantone and the Accademia Bizantina at the Ravenna Festival in Italy.
